This is one of 2 of our Cheese Curd Trailers.

Cheese Curds are incredibly popular. For good reason. They are absolutely delicious. We hand batter the freshest cheese available and fry it to a perfect golden brown so the cheese is melty but not messy. One bite through the crunchy batter into the gooey cheese and you will be hooked for life. 

This is one of the 2 trailers we have at the Minnesota State Fair. We use it all summer long at many other fairs and festivals in the Midwest as well. This trailer has the most diverse menu out of all our trailers. It is a very popular trailer from morning to night because of the variety of options it has. It is a beautiful addition to any event midway. 

Coming in the summer of 2024. Wandering Waffles will start as a 1 location permanent building at one of our fairs. If the concept proves to do well, we plan to build a trailer to take this exciting new concept mobile. With a menu made up of some rotating items along with some permanent ones, Wandering Waffles will always draw you back for more.

This is our other trailer that you will find at the Minnesota State Fair. This trailer is both powerful and adorable at the same time. It is built for speed and delivers quality every time. We only sell real fruit smoothies and always will. Quality is our number one goal all the time.

Our corndogs are made with a sweet and fluffy batter that also has a subtle crunch on the outside. We promise these will be the best corndogs you ever had.

Made with the freshest Wisconsin cheese available. Our Cheese Curds are hand-battered and cooked to order to ensure they are perfect every time. The batter provides a good crunchy shell around the gooey, melty cheese inside. Get a bucket to share. 

Our fries are only made with a special potato called a chipper. In the spring we special order them from California and in the mid-summer, we get them from a Minnesota grower. These fries are actually addicting. They are super crispy on the outside and soft and fluffy on the inside. You will definitely get hooked.

Our chicken Tenders are the best I have ever tried. They are made with a homestyle batter that gives them a good crunch with the perfect amount of spices.  Made from the tenderloin portion of the breast meat ensures you get all the flavor and juices you would expect. We serve them with or without our shoestring fries which are equally as delicious.

Funnel Cakes are a fair favorite. Ours start with a very fluffy batter that has the flavor of a delicious vanilla cake. We cook them so they are lightly crispy on the outside and moist and fluffy on the inside. We also offer a variety of toppings to enhance them even more. Strawberries, Apples, or Blueberries. With or without whipped cream. 

Try the Red Velvet. It is amazing!

When we say Giant, we mean it. 

Our Pork Tenderloin Sandwiches are made with a full half-pound pork tenderloin that has a light, perfectly seasoned batter. Fried to have a good crunch, the meat is still very juicy and delicious. You can top this with a variety of condiments we have available. To make your sandwich worthy of an award, try our Schnitzel Sauce. The Lemon Pepper flavor is amazing!
